There are four sprinkler pivots and a long list of senior water rights; both wells and surface water rights. There are several houses, barns, and outbuildings. This ranch has two large houses (one is a remodeled Adobe from the 1880s), a Bungalow, an industrial generator, dozens of loafing sheds, a Quonset hut, 10 stall barn, a large and a small horse arena, cattle pens, corrals, a workshop, and other outbuildings. The meadows are divided into several pastures and cross fenced. The ranch has approximately 550 animal carrying capacity. The Rio San Antonito River runs through the Ranch with mature trees and abundant wildlife. Deer, elk, bears, coyotes, mountain lion, ducks, geese, and wild turkeys frequent the property.
